I took my car to Kenny to have it serviced last month. He was honest in telling me what I needed and what I didn’t and quoted me a decent price. He took his time to educate me and explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. I asked him lots of questions and he never got annoyed even though I asked him to explain things over and over again.
He initially thought one of the ignition coils needed to be replaced. When he began working on my car, he found out he didn’t need to replace my ignition coil and he called me right away to let me know that. I really appreciate that since any other mechanic would have replaced it anyways. In addition, he was able to save me $700. He noticed the valve cover gasket on my car was leaking. Instead of asking me if I wanted him to work on it, he recommended I take my car to the BMW dealership since the part was covered under the manufacturer warranty. Thanks Kenny!

I am new to the area, and decided to give this place a try based on reviews. Ken and his team looked at the issues my BMW was having, I felt it was on its last legs!
Ken was super patient with me and explained why parts of the car needed to get fixed. We prioritized the issues and one by one fixed each one, saving ones for later that weren’t as important but may be soon.
The team did a great job fixing the car and it runs very well now, I’m SOOO happy with the service and I decided — I’m planning to return for future maintenance.

Car was in pretty bad shape before we took it in at South Bay BMW Service Center where they diagnosed the total damage at more than $3000 bucks and approximately 1 week of work. Ken did it for less than half and returned our BMW X3 the next day…
I couldn’t be happier with the way the car runs now!
